Lemon mousse meringues

So you want to feed a crowd with something easy but super cool and scrummy? These are so easy to make. Your guests will be wowed by their loveliness!

You will need:

  • Zesty lemon mousse - see our recipe.

  • 10 ready-made meringue nests

  • 2 x Crunchie bars (or equivalent)

  • 50g milk or dark chocolate

Serves 10


  1. Make the lemon mousse and put in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.

  3. Arrange the meringue nests on a large plate or platter and divide the mousse up between them, carefully filling each one.

  4. Crush the Crunchie bars into small pieces and scatter over the mousse.

  5. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the whole lot.

  6. Serve and soak up the compliments from your guests!
